Openings: 2 Location: Nairobi – Ngara (Park Rd / Kariokor Market corridor) Overview: Our client is looking for Digital Content Producers to build short-form videos, carousels, and live streams for an entertainment brand with a Kenya-wide reach. You’ll ideate formats, plan shoots, and edit to platform-native specs while keeping brand voice and legal clearances tight. The pace is quick, the tone playful, and the calendar packed with launches and collabs. Key Responsibilities: - Build content calendars; storyboard and script snackable series. - Shoot & edit verticals; optimize captions/hashtags, A/B thumbnails. - Coordinate talent, locations, music licensing, and releases. - Track analytics; iterate formats; manage community feedback. - Maintain asset libraries and naming conventions. Education & Experience: - BA Communication/Film/PR; 2–4 yrs. Skills & Tools: - Premiere/CapCut, After Effects basics, Canva/Adobe, Creator Studio, rights management. KPIs: - View-through rate, saves/shares, follower growth, campaign ROI. Compensation (Kenya): KES 95,000–155,000 + campaign bonus (up to 10%). Figures are client estimates and fluctuate based on portfolio quality, tool mastery, multi-platform reach, and the seasonality of campaigns.
