You’ll be the architect behind brand launches, conferences, and festivals, orchestrating every moving part so that each moment feels seamless, engaging, and memorable. From concept to close-out, your fingerprints will be on everything that makes an event successful. Budgets, vendors, and timelines are your playground. You’ll source and negotiate with venues, suppliers, and talent while keeping SLAs, permits, and safety plans airtight. Weekend builds, strikes, rehearsals, and last-minute tweaks won’t scare you they’ll energize you. Every cue, from lighting to catering, contributes to a story only you can tell. Our client values precision as much as creativity. You’ll maintain meticulous run-of-show documents, coordinate staffing, and preempt issues before they reach the spotlight. Sponsorship decks, post-event reports, and measurable ROI are all in your purview, ensuring that every event delivers tangible results alongside memorable experiences. Communication is your superpower. Crisis handling, team coordination, and stakeholder updates will be second nature. You’ll translate ideas into action, making complex logistics feel effortless for clients, guests, and internal teams alike. Every event you touch will run like clockwork without losing its soul. Success here is measured in seamless executions, delighted clients, and events that stick. You’ll track KPIs, refine processes, and leave each experience better than the last. Key Responsibilities: - Create event concepts, budgets, and critical paths. - Source venues/vendors; negotiate; maintain SLAs. - Produce ROS, cue sheets, staffing plans, and safety docs. - Manage build/strike; lead rehearsals; handle crisis comms. - Post-event reports KPIs, photos, payouts, lessons learned. Education & Experience: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Events/PR/Marketing; 4–6 yrs. Skills & Tools: - Project planning, vendor mgmt, H&S, sponsorships, spreadsheets. KPIs: - On-time starts, sponsor deliverables met, NPS, and budget variance. Compensation (Kenya): KES 160,000–260,000 + event completion + sponsor bonuses. Estimates only; final comp shifts with event scale/complexity, sponsor revenue responsibility, and the month’s pipeline. Senior hires sometimes receive revenue-linked commissions.
