Backstage is where magic meets logistics, and as a Stage Manager, you’ll be the linchpin keeping it all running. From rehearsals to show calls, you’ll translate creative vision into precise cues while ensuring performers, crew, and equipment move safely and smoothly. No two shows are the same, and that unpredictability is exactly what keeps you sharp.
Our client needs someone who thrives under pressure. You’ll coordinate FOH, lighting, audio, and security, making split-second decisions while keeping communication crystal clear. Props, scene changes, and tech runs all fall under your watch, and your prompt book will be your bible.
Every show is a puzzle, and you’re the solver. You’ll log incidents, track changes, and refine processes so the next performance is cleaner, safer, and faster. Calm, methodical, and organized, you’ll turn chaos into flow without ever dimming the energy of the stage.
Success is measured in flawless cues, happy performers, and crew feedback that praises your leadership. If you love the theatre and live events world, this role lets you own the production floor while growing toward senior positions in live technical management.
