Reputation is everything, and as a PR & Comms Manager, you’ll be the architect of perception for a fast-moving entertainment group spanning venues, labels, and live events. Every launch, campaign, and headline will pass through your lens, and your fingerprints on media coverage will shape how audiences and stakeholders engage with the brand.
Our client is seeking someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and storytelling. You’ll craft narratives that resonate, pitch creatively to journalists and creators, and keep spokespeople polished and confident under the spotlight. Crises are inevitable; your playbooks, rapid responses, and calm decision-making will be what keeps the brand intact.
Collaboration is key. You’ll work closely with internal teams, influencers, and external agencies to ensure every press kit, media briefing, and social activation is aligned with business goals. Monitoring sentiment, tracking share of voice, and pulling insights from coverage will turn data into actionable communication strategies.
The role demands both creativity and operational rigor. Deadlines are real, embargoes matter, and launches can span multiple platforms simultaneously. Balancing proactive storytelling with reactive response, you’ll set standards for integrated PR excellence across the entertainment ecosystem. Success is measured in amplified positive coverage, quick crisis response, and narrative consistency across channels. This position offers a clear path to Senior PR Manager, Head of Comms, and ultimately Director of Brand & Reputation, letting you shape the story behind one of Nairobi’s most dynamic entertainment groups.
