You’ll shape narratives, manage media/creator relations, and keep executive spokespeople sharp. Expect crisis drill-downs, embargoes, and high-stakes nights. Key Responsibilities: - Build PR calendars; craft press kits, bios, and FAQs. - Pitch and secure coverage; manage creator/influencer pipelines. - Prep spokespeople; run media training and briefings. - Monitor sentiment; run issues/crisis playbooks. - Report coverage and message pull-through. Education & Experience: - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in PR/Communication/IR + 2–4 yrs. Skills & Tools: - Narrative building, media relations, crisis comms, measurement. KPIs: - Share of voice, positive/neutral ratio, response time, message pull-through. Compensation (Kenya): KES 175,000–280,000 + launch/issue bonuses. Estimates only; offers vary with network strength, crisis experience, and your ability to deliver integrated PR + influencer outcomes. Some roles include success fees per major launch.
