Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi – Kitisuru (Tranquil Ln / Peponi Rise belt) Overview: Talent doesn’t manage itself. As a Talent Manager, you’ll be the bridge between raw potential and commercial success, scouting artists across Afropop, gengetone, gospel, and comedy, then shaping careers that resonate with fans and brands alike. Every pipeline, release, and collaboration passes through your hands, and your decisions directly influence who gets heard and who gets noticed. Our client is looking for someone who thrives in the hustle of the music and creator economy.
