Openings: 2 Location: Nairobi – Ngong Town (Ngong Rd / Vet Labs fringe, metro) Overview: Our client is looking for two Photographers to capture editorial stories, portraits, and branded campaigns. You’ll plan shoots, secure releases, and deliver fast edits with consistent color science. The role mixes field hustle with brand sensitivity and metadata discipline. Key Responsibilities: - Pre-prod (mood boards, shot lists, permits); capture and light. - Edit/cull fast; deliver selects; export per platform specs. - Manage releases/consents; geotag and caption accurately. - Maintain gear; handle backups and archives. - Collaborate with writers/designers on packages. Education & Experience: - Photography/Media diplomas or strong portfolio; 2–4 yrs pro work. Skills & Tools: - Cameras/lenses, strobes, Lightroom/PS, metadata, color consistency. KPIs: - On-time delivery, acceptance rate, color/consistency, copyright compliance. Compensation (Kenya): KES 85,000–145,000 + assignment/day rates + licensing. Estimates; actuals vary with gear, specialty, licensing terms, and rush fees. Commercial shoots may add per-image licensing beyond base retainer.
