Openings: 2 Location: Nairobi – Ngong Town (Ngong Rd / Vet Labs fringe, metro) Overview: Photography is more than pointing a camera; it’s capturing moments that tell stories and define brands. In this role, you’ll shoot editorial spreads, portraits, and commercial campaigns, turning concepts into visuals that pop on every platform. Planning, lighting, and execution all matter because every shot contributes to the narrative and the client’s vision. Our client wants photographers who can move between hustle and precision. One moment you’re framing a fleeting street expression, the next you’re ensuring brand assets meet style guides, licensing, and color consistency. Fast turnaround is key, but so is maintaining a signature look that elevates the story. The role is equal parts fieldwork and post-production. You’ll cull, color-correct, and deliver selects to tight deadlines, tagging metadata accurately and backing up everything with meticulous care. Every RAW file matters; sloppy archives aren’t an option. Collaboration is constant. Writers, designers, and creative directors rely on you to bring the package together. You’ll manage releases, coordinate permits, and adapt on the fly when the unexpected happens, whether it’s lighting challenges, last-minute talent swaps, or location restrictions. Impact is measured in timely, polished, and legally sound images that serve the story and the brand. Growth leads from Senior Photographer to Lead Visuals, and eventually Creative Lead, putting you at the forefront of Nairobi’s visual storytelling scene.
