Relationships drive results. In this role, you’ll turn prospects into partners, navigating sectors from corporate brands to local champions. Every conversation, email, and pitch shapes how sponsors perceive the events and the brand behind them. Your ability to balance commercial goals with the integrity of the festival or esports experience is key.
The work is fast-paced and requires creativity. You’ll design tiered sponsorship packages, tailor bespoke proposals, and negotiate deliverables that deliver real ROI. Each deck should tell a compelling story that makes sponsors feel part of the action rather than just a logo on a banner.
Execution matters as much as the pitch. Coordinating on-site branding, mentions, and hospitality ensures that promises translate into tangible visibility and satisfaction. You’ll be the bridge between the sponsor’s expectations and the audience’s experience. Data informs your success. Post-event reports with metrics, visuals, and insights turn relationship management into a repeatable strategy. Your ability to track, analyze, and communicate outcomes ensures sponsors return and pipelines stay hot.
Our client values those who can grow with the business. This path moves from Senior Sponsorship Executive to Sponsorship Manager and eventually Head of Partnerships, where strategy, vision, and relationship leadership intersect. High performers here are not just dealmakers, they shape the ecosystem of events, brands, and audiences across Nairobi.
