You’ll be turning job cards and contracts into precise invoices, checking tax, rates, and discounts before they leave your desk. Each invoice you send becomes part of a bigger picture: timely revenue, happy clients, and clean financial records. Our client values detail-oriented people who take pride in catching small mistakes before they become big ones. You’ll learn to verify supporting documents, draft error-free invoices, and track client confirmations, all while building confidence in Excel, PDFs, and email communications. The role is hands-on and learning-intensive. Over time, you’ll develop a clear understanding of billing workflows, improve speed without sacrificing accuracy, and gain skills that pave the way toward revenue accounting and broader finance responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Compile supporting docs; draft invoices. - Verify tax, rates, and contract terms. - Send invoices; file proof; track acceptance. Education & Experience: - Diploma in Accounting/Business. - 0–1 year; strong attention to detail. Skills: - Excel, PDFs, and email etiquette. KPIs: - On-time billing, error-free returns, and quick dispute closure. Compensation: KES 46,000–62,000 base. Client estimates.
