Openings: 2 Location: Nairobi – Baba Dogo (Ruaraka light-industrial) Overview: Keeping a store organized isn’t just about shelves and bins it’s about knowing exactly what’s coming in, what’s going out, and making sure everything is where it should be. In this role, you’ll be doing just that, raising LPOs, checking deliveries, and updating stock cards so the warehouse runs like clockwork. Our client values accuracy and reliability, so you’ll quickly see why every GRN, every bin card, and every stock entry matters. You’ll also learn how to handle suppliers with professionalism, ensuring orders arrive on time and match what was promised. There’s a rhythm to the work: receiving goods, verifying quality and quantity, posting updates, and assisting with cycle counts. It’s practical, hands-on, and gives you a clear sense of accomplishment when inventory balances perfectly. You’ll pick up key skills like first-in-first-out (FIFO) control, vendor communication, and basic store math, all of which are essential if you want to grow in procurement and supply chain roles. Small mistakes are easy to spot and easier to correct if you’re paying attention. By the time you’re comfortable, you’ll understand not just the mechanics of stock management, but also the discipline and communication that keep a warehouse efficient. Education & Experience: - Diploma in Procurement/Supply Chain. - 0–2 years; Excel + basic store math. Skills: - Accuracy, vendor communication, stock discipline. KPIs: - Zero GRN errors; stock variance; lead-time adherence. Compensation: KES 45,000–60,000 base. Client estimates. Pay moves with Saturday coverage and forklift license (if any).
