Openings: 2 Location: Nairobi – Loresho (Mugumo Cres) Overview: Our client is looking for an HR Assistant to help with onboarding, file audits, and leave tracking. You’ll learn HRIS basics, document templates, and how to treat confidential matters with care. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare new-hire packs; collect KRA/NSSF/NHIF. - Keep HR files/HRIS updated; audit completeness. - Track leave; issue simple letters. Education & Experience: - Diploma in HR/Business Admin; 0–2 years. Skills: - Discretion, Excel, clear writing. KPIs: - File completeness, onboarding turnaround, ticket closure. Compensation: KES 52,000–68,000 base. Client estimates. Slightly higher if you’ve used any HRIS before. Benefits: - Medical, training, airtime.
