Openings: 2 Location: Nairobi – Loresho (Mugumo Cres) Overview: HR isn’t just about policies it’s about people, process, and precision. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of onboarding, file audits, and leave tracking, helping ensure the team and new hires have everything they need from day one. Every document you prepare, every file you update, makes someone’s work life smoother and the HR function run seamlessly. Our client values discretion and reliability, so you’ll quickly learn to handle sensitive information with care while keeping HR records accurate and up to date. From collecting KRA, NSSF, and NHIF forms to preparing new-hire packs, your attention to detail keeps operations compliant and efficient. You’ll also get hands-on exposure to HRIS basics, document templates, and the workflows that make HR tick. Tracking leave, issuing letters, and auditing files may sound routine, but these small tasks build the foundation for a strong, effective HR department. By the time you’re comfortable, you’ll not only have mastered practical HR skills, but you’ll also understand how discretion, accuracy, and clear communication come together to support employees and management alike. This is a role that rewards curiosity and care in equal measure. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare new-hire packs; collect KRA/NSSF/NHIF. - Keep HR files/HRIS updated; audit completeness. - Track leave; issue simple letters. Education & Experience: - Diploma in HR/Business Admin; 0–2 years. Skills: - Discretion, Excel, clear writing. KPIs: - File completeness, onboarding turnaround, ticket closure.
