Accuracy and care in updating systems can make the difference between a smooth hire and chaos down the line. Daily tasks will have you calling candidates, verifying details, and booking interviews with the precision of someone who knows every calendar conflict matters. You’ll also draft job posts and send status updates, ensuring both hiring managers and candidates stay informed. The learning curve is real, but that’s where the fun begins: you’ll see how each well-handled call or neatly managed ATS stage directly impacts time-to-hire, show-up rates, and overall candidate satisfaction. It’s like running a small, highly strategic operations unit, one hire at a time. Compensation: KES 45,000–58,000 base + placement kicker (KES 2,000–4,000 per role). Client estimates. Kicker applies after probation when placements are team-credited.
