Openings: 3 Location: Nairobi – Langata Overview Our client is looking for Recruitment Trainees to source candidates, run phone screens, and schedule interviews. You’ll be trained in Boolean searches, ATS hygiene, and candidate care. Key Responsibilities: - Build longlists; screen CVs; call candidates. - Book interviews; update ATS stages. - Draft job posts; send status updates. Education & Experience: - Diploma in HR/Business/Communication; 0–1 year. Skills: - Phone etiquette, note-taking, curiosity. KPIs: - Time-to-shortlist; show-up rate; candidate NPS. Compensation: KES 45,000–58,000 base + placement kicker (KES 2,000–4,000 per role). Client estimates. Kicker applies after probation when placements are team-credited.
