In this role, you’ll coordinate training schedules, manage class lists, and track feedback, ensuring every session runs smoothly and participants leave with value. It’s hands-on work that teaches attention to detail, timing, and communication all at once. Our client values reliability and coordination, so you’ll quickly learn to handle invitations, prepare materials, track attendance, and issue certificates without missing a beat. Each task, while seemingly small, contributes to the seamless delivery of programs that impact employee growth. You’ll also get exposure to LMS basics, helping you update records, monitor course completion, and maintain accurate training histories. By managing schedules and materials, you’ll develop an understanding of what makes a training program effective from start to finish. Over time, you’ll gain practical skills in planning, documentation, and learner engagement. For someone eager to grow in L&D, this role is a foundation for moving from assistant to officer and eventually specialist, all while making every session run just a little smoother. Key Responsibilities: - Publish training calendars; send invites. - Prepare materials; track attendance & feedback. - Issue certificates; update LMS. Education & Experience: - Diploma HR/Ed/Business; 0–2 years. Skills: - Coordination, spreadsheets, polite comms. KPIs: - Attendance rate, feedback scores, and on-time certificates.
