Your focus will be on cleaning staff lists, fixing formats, de-duplicating records, and ensuring headcount dashboards reflect reality. Every dataset you touch, every chart you create, feeds into decisions that affect staffing, leave planning, and broader HR strategy. Attention to detail and familiarity with Excel filters and pivot basics will make your work faster and far more impactful.
