Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi – KPA Inland Depot / Embakasi ICD Overview: Our client is looking for a Junior Inventory Controller to protect stock integrity across fast-moving SKUs. You’ll run cycle counts by zone, investigate variances with receiving and dispatch, and help clean master data (units of measure, barcodes, bin assignments). Expect structured SOPs, mentorship from a senior controller, and exposure to stock ageing and slow-moving analysis. Curiosity and methodical note-taking will set you apart. Key Responsibilities: - Cycle counts; investigate variances. - Maintain bin integrity; update master data. - Support monthly stock takes. Education & Experience: - Diploma in Supply Chain/Accounting; 0–2 years. Skills: - Excel, attention to detail, integrity. KPIs: - Variance %, count accuracy, closure time. Compensation (Kenya): - Base: KES 58,000–76,000. - Accuracy bonus: KES 1,500–3,000/month for meeting variance targets. - Night-count premium: +8% for after-hours count windows (when scheduled).
