As an Admissions Assistant, you’ll manage inquiry emails, schedule tours and entrance tests, and ensure application files are complete and well-organized in a light CRM. Every interaction contributes to a smooth, welcoming start for new students. Our client values warmth, patience, and attention to detail. You’ll work from scripts and checklists during peak periods to ensure that every family receives consistent, respectful information. You’ll also see how offers are made and how enrolments are finalized, gaining insight into the full admissions cycle. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, coordinating documents, and preparing offer letters and acceptance packs. Accuracy, confidentiality, and clear communication are essential, as every file and conversation impacts both the family experience and operational efficiency. Over time, you’ll build practical skills in CRM management, parent engagement, and process coordination. For someone organized, personable, and service-oriented, this role provides a clear path from Admissions Assistant to Officer, and eventually Enrolment Coordinator. Key Responsibilities: - Answer inquiries; schedule tours/tests. - Receive documents; check completeness; file in CRM. - Coordinate offer letters and acceptance packs. Education & Experience: - Diploma in Admin/Marketing/Education; 0–2 years. Skills: - Polite speech, document accuracy, CRM etiquette, confidentiality. KPIs: - Inquiry response time, file completeness, tour feedback, conversion to offer. Compensation (Kenya): - Base: KES 58,000–80,000. - Enrolment kicker: KES 1,000–2,500 per confirmed seat (after probation, team-pooled).
