Openings: 2 Location: Nairobi – Abc Place Overview: Our client is an engineering consultancy producing shop drawings and as-builts for commercial builds. You’ll translate markups to clean CAD, keep layers and title blocks consistent, and export sheets that plot perfectly. You’ll learn how designers think and how contractors build, seeing your drawings come to life on site. The team cares about version control, clear lineweights, and delivering on time. Key Responsibilities: - Draft from redlines; maintain layers/blocks/naming. - Prepare sheet sets; export PDFs; issue transmittals. - Maintain drawing libraries and revision logs. Education & Experience: - Certificate/Diploma in CAD/Draughting; 0–2 years. Skills: - AutoCAD (Revit basics a plus), attention to lineweights, time management. KPIs: - RFI rate, sheet quality, on-time issue, revision control hygiene. Compensation (Kenya): - Base: KES 55,000–73,000. - Overtime: 1.5× for urgent reissues (pre-approved).
