Openings: 3 Location: Nairobi – Kabete / Uthiru ridge (residential roofs) Overview: Our client installs residential solar systems with tidy rooftop work and polite household etiquette. You’ll mount rails, set panels, route cables, and test strings under a licensed engineer. Safety at height and clean, labeled wiring are the standards. Customers appreciate teams that leave roofs neat and explain basics simply. If you like practical outdoor work, sunshine, and leaving homes better than you found them, this team will teach you the trade. Key Responsibilities: - Mount rails/panels; route and terminate cables cleanly. - Assist inverter setup, string testing, and commissioning notes. - Maintain site safety, tool checks, and tidy handovers. Education & Experience: - Certificate/Diploma in Electrical/Energy; 0–1 year. Skills: - Hand tools, height safety, neat workmanship, customer etiquette. KPIs: - Install time vs plan, snag rate, safety record, customer feedback. Compensation (Kenya): - Base: KES 52,000–70,000. - Install bonus: KES 500–1,000 per system (team-pooled).
