You’ll learn the perfect room checklist, from bathroom shine to linen folds to minibar counts. Supervisors audit daily and coach for speed without cutting corners. Lost-and-found honesty and guest courtesy are non-negotiable. If you take pride in leaving a room better than you found it, this team will notice. Key Responsibilities: - Clean rooms & bathrooms; restock amenities to standard. - Report maintenance issues and manage lost & found. - Maintain trolley setup; follow checklists. Education & Experience: - Certificate in Housekeeping/Any; 0–1 year. Skills: - Detail, stamina, guest courtesy, time targets. KPIs: - Rooms/hour, quality audits, guest scores, zero losses. Compensation (Kenya): - Base: KES 34,000–46,000. - Productivity bonus: KES 1,000–2,000/month for audit scores. - Night premium: +10% when rostered.
