Education & Experience: - Certificate in Barista/Service; 0–1 year. Skills: - Taste memory, cleanliness, speed, friendly service. KPIs: - Shot consistency, time-to-drink, wastage, and guest feedback. Compensation (Kenya): - Base: KES 36,000–48,000. - Tips/service: KES 4,000–10,000 average. Estimates; offers vary with latte art test and early-morning availability.
