You’ll master the PMS, handle calls, and coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness. Upselling and graceful complaint handling are coached daily. Night audits rotate with seniors guiding you through routines. If you communicate clearly and stay composed, you’ll become a guest favorite. Key Responsibilities: - Process arrivals/departures; issue keys; manage payments. - Answer calls; log requests; liaise with housekeeping/engineering. - Upsell rooms; support night audit rotations. Education & Experience: - Diploma in Front Office/Hotel Ops; 0–2 years. Skills: - Polished speech, numeric accuracy, PMS basics, conflict de-escalation. KPIs: - Check-in time, upsell rate, guest scores, billing accuracy. Compensation (Kenya): - Base: KES 44,000–60,000. - Upsell kicker: KES 300–700 per upgraded night (team-pooled).
