Openings: 4 Location: Nairobi – Mwiki / Kasarani North fields Overview: Our client runs energetic PE programs and after-school clubs. You’ll set up equipment, lead warm-ups, support drills, and model fair play. Sessions are planned around age-appropriate skills and safety guidelines. You’ll learn to manage excited groups kindly and keep simple attendance and incident logs. If you love sports and enjoy encouraging children, this will be joyful work. Key Responsibilities: - Set up cones/goals; check surfaces and equipment safety. - Lead warm-ups and cool-downs; demo basic technique. - Assist drills for football, athletics, netball; supervise mini-matches. - Track attendance; log incidents; communicate with parents when asked. - Maintain equipment store; launder bibs; inventory weekly. - Support inter-school fixtures and simple transport logistics. - Reinforce safeguarding and inclusive participation. Education & Experience: - Certificate/Diploma in PE/Sports; 0–1 year. Skills: - Clear instructions, energy, safeguarding, and patience. KPIs: - Attendance, injury-free sessions, punctual starts, and feedback scores. Compensation (Kenya): - Base: KES 38,000–50,000. - Club stipend: KES 600 per after-school session (Mon–Thu). - Meet day premium: KES 800 on inter-school days.
