This role isn’t just about whistles and cones it’s about creating fun, safe, and energetic spaces where children move, play, and learn. You’ll set up equipment, lead warm-ups, and model fair play while keeping sessions engaging and age-appropriate.

Every drill and mini-match is an opportunity to guide young athletes kindly. You’ll practice clear instructions, manage excited groups, and maintain simple attendance and incident logs so parents and supervisors can follow along. Safety and fun go hand-in-hand here.

Equipment care is part of the craft: checking surfaces, storing cones and bibs, laundering kit, and keeping inventory ensures sessions run smoothly and accidents are avoided.

Supporting inter-school fixtures adds a dynamic twist helping with transport logistics, match prep, and on-field supervision teaches planning, teamwork, and adaptability.
