Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi – Kasarani Stadium Village Overview: Our client supports youth teams with proper kit management. You’ll inventory gear, wash and repair jerseys, and pack match-day trunks that never miss a thing. Coaches rely on you for readiness; players notice your care. Simple systems prevent losses and last-minute scrambles. If you’re neat and dependable, match days will feel smooth. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain inventory: jerseys, bibs, balls, cones, pumps. - Wash/dry/repair kit; track sizes and condition. - Pack match-day trunks to the checklist; pre-inflate balls. - Record issues/returns; chase missing items kindly. - Manage small purchase requests with approvals. - Keep the store labeled, clean, and secure. Education & Experience: - Certificate any; 0–1 year; basic sewing a plus. Skills: - Neatness, counting, basic repairsand , checklist discipline. KPIs: Loss rate, kit condition, on-time trunks, and coach satisfaction. Compensation (Kenya): - Base: KES 38,000–50,000. - Match stipend: KES 600 per game day. - Laundry allowance: KES 800/month for detergents/utilities management. Client estimates: higher for weekend travel and consistent zero-loss periods. Benefits: - Medical, kit, laundry facility. Growth Path: - Assistant → Kit Manager → Operations Assistant (Sports).
