Openings: 6 Location: Nairobi – Pipeline / Tassia community fields Overview: Community matches run best when referees are calm, confident, and fair and that’s exactly what you’ll learn here. You’ll get hands-on practice applying rules, managing time, and overseeing substitutions, all under supportive supervision. Every whistle blow teaches clarity and authority without ever raising your voice. Reports and documentation are simple but essential. Keeping track of scores, cards, and safety incidents ensures the games run smoothly and gives you a clear record to learn from. Feedback from assessors helps you refine judgment and confidence quickly. Fitness matters too. Being alert, mobile, and ready to move around the pitch keeps both players and yourself safe.
