You’ll study the rules, manage time and substitutions, and file simple reports. Confidence grows fast with supervision and feedback. Respectful control, not anger, earns trust on the pitch. If you can be calm, clear, and impartial, you’ll progress to bigger games. Key Responsibilities: - Officiate youth matches; apply rules consistently. - Manage time, substitutions, and safety stoppages. - Record scores/cards; submit match reports promptly. - Attend pre-match briefings; maintain fitness. - Support tournament schedules when assigned. Education & Experience: - Certificate any; 0 years; love of sport. Skills: - Confidence, impartiality, fitness, whistle control. KPIs: - On-time starts, complaint rate, report quality, assessor feedback. Compensation (Kenya): - Per match: KES 700–1,200 by age category. - Tournament day: KES 1,800–2,400 for multiple fixtures. Client estimates; rates rise with certification level, assessor scores, and final appointments. Benefits: - Kit, whistle, formal training. Growth Path: Trainee → Certified Referee → Senior Referee.
