Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi – Kilimani (Lenana Rd / Rose Ave) Overview: Our client represents member companies in dialogues with regulators. You’ll scan Gazette notices, track consultations, and support workshops that shape positions. The tone is constructive and solution-oriented; minutes and follow-ups must be exact. You’ll see how practical policy is built step by step. If you like organized influence and careful wording, this role fits. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor Gazette notices; update regulatory trackers daily. - Prepare concise meeting notes; circulate actions and owners. - Compile member inputs into draft position notes. - Coordinate workshops: invites, RSVPs, materials, and venue. - Maintain contact lists and stakeholder maps. - File submissions and acknowledgments neatly. Education & Experience: - Diploma Public Policy/Business/Law; 0–2 years. Skills: - Note-taking, stakeholder care, formatting, diplomacy. KPIs: - Timely alerts, member satisfaction, on-time submissions, and action closure. Compensation (Kenya): - Base: KES 60,000–82,000. - Workshop stipend: KES 1,000 per event managed. - Submission bonus: KES 2,000 for zero-error filings. Client estimates; higher with prior policy internship and crisp meeting minutes samples. Benefits: - Medical, phone/data, training.
