As a leader, you’ll coach a small team, oversee creative quality, and align closely with Sales and Merchandising to ensure seamless go-to-market execution. Success in this position means balancing storytelling with data, maintaining brand consistency, and delivering marketing initiatives that scale awareness, engagement, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Own annual brand & growth plan; translate into quarterly calendars and budgets. - Lead integrated campaigns (ATL/BTL/digital); ensure creative quality and on-time delivery. - Manage media buying and agency relationships; negotiate rates and SLAs. - Build measurement frameworks; report MMM/attribution insights with clear actions. - Oversee product launches, positioning, and pricing guardrails with Sales. - Approve content, creatives, and in-store assets; keep brand book up to date. - Run monthly brand health and competitor reviews; course-correct fast. - Coach team (digital, content, events); run weekly stand-ups and feedback loops. - Own marketing P&L; track ROI; drive cost savings without hurting impact. - Ensure compliance with advertising, IP, and data-privacy requirements. Education & Experience: - BCom (Marketing/Operations/BIS) or BA (Communication/PR). - 3–7 years marketing, including 2+ years team leadership in consumer or tech. Skills & Tools: -Campaign planning, media, analytics/BI, stakeholder influence; tools: Google Ads/Meta, GA4, Data Studio/Power BI, project boards (Asana/Jira). KPIs: - Revenue vs plan, CAC/ROAS, brand metrics (awareness, consideration), share growth, on-time launches. Compensation (Kenya): KES 240,000–320,000 + annual performance bonus.
